SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are currently sending orders to the UK only, using Royal Mail 2nd class postage at the rate of £2.40 Most orders will be packaged and sent within 24 hours of your order. Your order will take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive once posted. Please be aware that due to COVID-19 restrictions there are delays to the Royal Mail delivery timelines.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return or exchange a purchase (please see exceptions below) for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item(s) are in their original condition ( we can not make a refund on essences which have been opened, damaged or had their tamper proof seals removed or broken.)
Refund on Your Order
Subject to the above, and upon safe receipt of the returned order we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s) (this does not include the original postage & packing charge). Cost of postage for returns to our address is payable by the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you wish to return all or part of your order, please contact us.
- We are unable to exchange or refund combinations of essences which have been specifically prepared as a unique personal combination.
- We cannot make a refund or exchange on services provided - i.e. for a 'Personal Consultation' or 'Intuitive Diagnosis'.
- Gift Vouchers - we are happy to refund the original payment card used for purchase, but vouchers cannot be exchanged or returned for the cash equivalent or refunded to a different card.
You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch by emailing and letting us know your name and order reference number. We will then cancel your order and refund your payment as soon as possible.
If for whatever reason we have cause to make a full or partial of your payment, this will be done through the original payment gateway used and put back onto the original card that you used for payment.
